Whitley
Following the positive decision from the Secretary of State in reference to planning at the 40 ha (100 acre) site, Coventry City Council is working with joint owners Jaguar Cars on proposals for the site’s speedy development. The Whitley site has the capacity for a potential 92,900 sq. m. (1,000,000 sq. ft.) of development.
Whitley is the home of Jaguar's prestigious Engineering Centre and the company is currently undertaking a review of their own requirements on site. With the Jaguar operation already present, there is potential for the site to become a centre of excellence for automotive design and prototyping. The site has an excellent location with immediate access onto to the A45 within ten minutes of the M6, M69 and M45. As many other sites in Coventry are now reaching full capacity, there is bound to be a huge amount of interest in the site as soon as it is brought to market.

Prologis Park
This 120 ha (300 acre) site is located on the northern periphery of Coventry. Its outstanding success so far is undoubtedly in part due to the experience and reputation of Prologis as developers, but also to its close proximity to the M6 and to a readily available workforce. The initial speculative phase of approximately 55, 741 sq. m. (600,000 sq. ft.) was successfully let to Excel and Mastercare. The latest deal secured is with Capita, who have taken a 4,645 sq. m. (50,000 sq. ft.) office building.
